6. Limitation of Liability

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, s5 gcash may freeze account balances pending investigation and cooperate fully with Philippine authorities.

Any verified balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal to the linked GCash wallet following the standard verification procedure.
